After my husband and I put a offer in on a house we were working with a
lender to do our financing. We patiently waited for 3 weeks as they were
supposedly "working on it". They kept telling us that it would be no
problem and that it would get done in time. When it was about one week from
closing and still no loan in place, we couldn't chance it not getting done.
So our realtor suggested we talk to Lisa. Lisa is more than we could have
ever hoped for. She took our information and got it processed within a
couple of hours, told us what she could do for us and got the ball rolling.
She even got the appraisal done the very next day, which I have to say the
